CFMOTO turned Yarra Valley Estate into a motorcycle course for five days

250-plus international competitors, media and crew attended over five days while the grounds ran adventure challenges, product demos and briefings in one location.

The brief

CFMOTO Australia needed one venue to run its Global MT Challenge. The event combined product demonstrations, technical riding, accommodation, conferencing and catering for riders, media and executives flying in from around the world.

Most venues can host one or two of those. CFMOTO needed all five in the same place, over five days, with room for off-road courses.

Why Yarra Valley Estate

The estate spans 120 acres and has 48 ensuite rooms on-site. That combination let CFMOTO run the core of the event on one property, with the riding, briefings and catering all in the same place.
The open grounds and natural terrain became the riding course.

The conference rooms ran briefings. The dining hall fed 250 people. Onsite rooms put much of the team a short walk from the start line.

What we provided

Exclusive use of the property. Onsite accommodation in the 48 ensuite rooms. Conference and briefing rooms. Full catering across five days. Indoor and outdoor event spaces. Large off-road riding areas. Event logistics, staff coordination, parking and operational support.

What CFMOTO brought

The motorcycles, technical support teams, competitors and officials, brand signage and theming, media and production crews, and all riding gear.

How it ran

Each day followed the same rhythm. Morning briefings in the conference rooms. Riding challenges and demos on the course. Shared meals in the dining hall. Networking in the evening.

With accommodation onsite, competitors could spend their time on the course instead of in transit. That is the practical value of one location for a multi-day event.

The venue had been completely transformed in CFMOTO style. There were kangaroos walking in the resort’s backyard, visible from the balconies.

The Challenge ran as a fully private event from arrival to departure. CFMOTO pushed video and photography through its global marketing channels, reaching audiences worldwide.

For the estate, it stands as proof of a specific capability: vehicle launches and manufacturer events that need land, accommodation and conference space on one site.
