For its three-day Power of You retreat, The Elevation Company needed more than conference rooms. It needed privacy, space to slow down and a setting that supported the work happening inside the room.
The Brief
Power of You is The Elevation Company’s signature retreat, designed to help participants uncover their sense of purpose and recognise the impact they can make in their business, career and life.
Across three immersive days, the team wanted to create space for reflection, connection and growth away from the noise of everyday life. The goal was for participants to reconnect with their purpose, build deeper confidence and form genuine, lasting connections with the other people in the room.
The setting was an important part of that brief. It needed to support the experience, not simply provide a room in which to run it.
Why they keep coming back
Power of You has now been held at Yarra Valley Estate 10 times.

Space to retreat between sessions
The group used conference rooms, accommodation, the Dining Hall, outdoor spaces and walking trails throughout the three days.
Exclusive use of two accommodation wings gave participants their own space to retreat to between sessions. Outside, the grounds and bush trails provided a natural change of pace between the more intensive parts of the program.

How Yarra Valley Estate supported the retreat
Yarra Valley Estate provided full catering for the group, using produce from the onsite Edible Forest, along with exclusive use of two accommodation wings and event and hospitality support throughout the retreat.
